Verena Bahlsen

Verena Bahlsen lives in Berlin and works as a freelance brand strategist and author. She joined her family business Bahlsen in 2016, first with the founding of the innovation company HERMANN'S and then as part of the Bahlsen management team. She left the company in 2022. In September 2023, she published her first essay about life crises and unfulfilled expectations in DIE ZEIT. Since then, she has devoted herself increasingly to writing.
