Bianka Kokott

Bianka Kokott was born in Opole, Poland, and was adopted at the age of three months. Following the floods of 1997, she moved to Berlin with her family, where she grew up and still lives today. Whilst she was in high school, her mother’s cancer returned, which shaped her outlook on responsibility, achievement and life itself from an early age.

After completing her degree in media and communications management, she worked in consultancy – including at PwC in the start-up sector – and later at an agency and the digital industry association Bitkom. She is now the mother of a two-year-old daughter. Her debut novel Zwischen dem, was war is to be published by Lübbe in spring 2028.
