Journalist, presenter and author Anne Gesthuysen (1969) was born in the small town of Veen on the Lower Rhine. She presented the ARD Morning Show for many years and has been appearing on ARD’s Paarduell with Frank Plasberg since 2016. Her books are major bestsellers and have been translated into several languages. Her work has earned her the prestigious Weishanshu Prize for Best Translated Novel in China. Anne Gesthuysen lives in Cologne with her family.
